H bridge controller

I need a circuit that uses logic gates to run my H-bridge. it was suggested that i use logic gates in conjunction with some sensors to control the motor. the motor is to open a set of flaps when a fan is activated. i don't have the truth table for what i want yet, but i will post it as soon as i can. in the mean time, here is the main circuit diagram.

since nobody seems eager to post a reply for me then i will continue to post until i get my answer. the good news for all of you peoples is that the truth table for what i would like to have is finally done:

pos | Input |
1 | 2 | 3 | 4
0) LLLL
1) HLLL
2) LHLL
3) LLHL
4) LLLH
5) HHLL
6) HLHL
7) HLLH
8) LHHL
9) LLHH
10) HHHL
11) HHLH
12) HLHH
13) LHHH
14) HHHH
when the heater in the circuit is turned on the vents should close regardless of indor vs outdoor temp.

can someone please just help me? Google is no help and when i try to do this myself i get a headache or the circuit doesn't work. if people are mad at me i understand, i hate myself sometimes too, but don't be rude. even if you don't want to help just give me a link or something, if you are working on a schematic tell me, if i am being unrealistic then tell me as well.

thanks but i think i found one better,http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheet/vishay/70574.pdf and http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheet/SGSThomsonMicroelectronics/mXyzyqz.pdf. i think that they go together, i just need a little help with figuring out what the pins are supposed to do for the first link. i also have a part of my own that came out of a VCR http://www.datasheetcatalog.org/datasheet/panasonic/AN3824K.pdf. I've been waiting for an excuse to use it, now i just have to design a circuit that will make it work with everything else.

Alittle more description of what you are trying to do might help...

looks like you're trying to make something to regulate temperature?
Why do you need 14 different positions for these vents? I'd think either open or closed would be sufficent, and for that you could use a simple relay h-bridge and limit switches.

oh, and whereabouts are you in PA?
