Guitar amp troubleshooting

Hey guys whats up? I have a question about a guitar amp I have that isnt working. It's a Crate Blue Voodoo 120 Half stack. Problem is that the V1 and V2 preamp tubes arent lighting up and I cant get any sound out of the amp on either channel. I tried putting two tubes I knew were good in place of the ones that wouldnt light up and they still didnt light up. So I'm thinking maybe the v1 and v2 sockets arent getting power? I was curious to see if anyone could guide me on what to do next cause I'm pretty much stumped. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Check the heater supplies, assuming they are double-triodes, then they are pins 4 and 5, with pin 9 the centre tap (6.3V-0-6.3V), it's usually AC.
