you have to provide a bit more info.
what kind of bike (motor or pedal power) and what exactly you want to display? battery voltage or something else? (wind resistance, road incline, azimuth, tank level, fuel efficiency, travel speed, travel distance, humidity, temperature, ...)
if it's just the battery voltage, maybe it's cheapest to buy small digital multimeter (i've seen some for $5-6). lot's of people like to use LED bargraph.
