I want to make a project about DETECTION OF SLEEP APNEA BY ECG so I want a good design for ECG circuit ,I see the circuit which exist in the data sheet of AD620A but there are missing values (the capacitor) and the design of the filter ,please help me.

can i use 10kohm instead of 8.25kohm?
can i use op-amp 741 instead of op-amp 705?
