GSM modem

i recently brought a GSM modem and i am trying to read the message receive. But the output the GSM modem return me is 07917150979603F0040B916174820790F000003020907160640003C1180C. Anyone know how to decode it please help me or teach me.Thanks.

That is in PDU mode.

It says "A10". It was sent at 17:06:46 GMT, on the 09/02/03 (although that assumes that the time and date on the SMS server were right.)

I'm attaching a decoder spreadsheet that lets you see what PDU messages are if you want to stay in that format.
