GSM/GPRS module needed

i need a module that will take care of TCP/IP conversion part, eliminating the need of on board TCP/IP stack on GSM/GPRS module. Rather can be termed as external GPRS class 2 to class 10 converter.

I am using a microcontroller and have one Asynchronous RS232 port, which generally connects to GSM/GPRS module. If you can provide the details of some off-the-self available product or chip set, which can handle the asynchronous to TCP/IP conversion and vise-versa.Ido not have additional memory and we hope the required flash shall be taken care in suggested component/ board.
