Glitches on the MOSFET waveform

When I try to switch the MOSFET on and off by triggering the gate drive, I found that there are glitches on the part of the waveform where the MOSFET swiitches. Is anyone out there know why the glitches are there? This circuit is used to supply energy to the inductor. Thank u.
 
Which waveform? What, the gate's square wave? What do you mean by "glitch"?
 
are you talking abt other signals in teh cct. That happens when there is not enough decoupling around and there isn't a firm enough ground used in the cirucit.

If you look at power rails this is where you will see the effect the most.

You end up with very fast vd/dt associated with the turn-on and turn-off part of the FET.

Firm up your GND
