GLCD Bitmap to Hex Decoder Program

Seeing if anyone has a favorite Paint style program that decodes .bmp to hex or decimal. Looking for Windows based, and free of course:). Thinking monochrome bitmap now, possibly rgb in future.

Finally got around to fooling with a 128x64 KS0108 controlled **broken link removed** that has been mentioned here before by members. Found that the Bitmap2lcd program (free basic version) outputs a usable hex file. Just seeing what other options may be out there.
