Generate square wave

I need help generating a square wave of 500 Hz(+-1% timing accuracy) square wave with a 25% duty cycle at RB3 when the FOSC = 4 MHz
I am completely loss on how to do it

As long as it's an 8 bit pic.... Use this online timer calculator to work out the two periods 500hz is 2mS.... Therefore you need a 0.5mS on time and a 1.5mS off time...
