Fuse Symbol

Hi guys,

would like to know for HRC fuse.
May i know the symbol which is labelled on the physical item itself?
May i know their difference? Are they the same?
May i know for bussman fuse: 80ET, is it 660V?
It stated 690V, can it be used on 660V?

Use this, mark HRC by it with the amp rating and part number on the schematic.
