Hi,

anybody in the community who can provide me a circuit that will divide a clock input of 2uSec to 20uSec.

Thank you.
 
If you use a counting circuit you can get it up to 16us, I'm not sure if thats good enough, otherwise you'll have to do something slightly more sophisticated.
 
if the 2uS is period, frequency is only 500kHz so any 7490 could do (maybe you want to use HC version if this is battery powered).
if the duty cycle of 50% is prefered, make sure to first divide by 5 and then by 2...
