Have you cleared your cookies and internet stuff in a while?
Sometimes your computer will retrieve stored data from your computer instead of the web server to speed up page access.. When the server side is updated sometimes the local side doesn't and you end up with formatting issues...
Other than the highlighted threads, mine always looks like that. That's how Xenforo organizes the form pages, unless I'm missing something (I'm on a mobile device at the moment)
