fm transmitter simulation problem

hi...
my name is rahul. i am trying to do simulation of fm transmitter circuit. but i am not geting the desired waveform.

i have tried multisim 10.0, tinapro7, circuit maker as simulation softwares.

please help me out and if you have the simulated fm transmitter in any simulator then please please please send me a copy of that.

My simulation has a much higher output swing.
When the 220 ohm output resistor is replaced by a tuned circuit then the output is a pretty good high level sine-wave.
