FM receiver

I want to have a remote control system,in FM range or higher
can anybody tell me about a simple circuit?

To remotely control what? At what range?
Do you want to build it for the fun of doing so or do you want to use it for something?
For model control etc. there are lots of ready made ones available, with all the ancilliary bits thrown in, which you could never build as cheaply yourself as a one off project.
The commercial ones would also be legal to use whereas you may be restricted by law to just what kind of RF transmitter you can build yourself in order to minimise interference to other equipment.
