Flash Memory at AT89S52

Dear all,

I am using AT89S52 to drive GLCD 320x240.
I have some question that maybe anyone can help me.

1) How to download to the MCU more than 8KB hex (now, i am using ISP programmer, and it has limit to 8KB).
2) What tool used to convert bitmap to hex (i am using keil uvision for compiler).
