Hi people ! This is my first job in PCB design. WHat you thing about this schematic / board ? The circuits rapresent a sallen key filter.

That is Eagle 6.x
I don´t see why the outputs are being fed to Vdd? You are already using smd ICs so why don´t you use smd resistors and caps as well? It might give you a bit more space so you could route those supply pins and other missing connections.

can you tell me a name of smd resisotr / capacitor ?? I can't find them...

Can´t find them in a shop or in eagle? I got resistors in rcl library, for example R-EU_R0805 and other sizes. The same for capacitors.
