Finding datasheets

Hi,

I'm trying to find datasheets for an IC numbered 73M550-IP and can't find one anywhere online through the old google method. Any suggestings where I could find one? Also really want one from TDK and one from Silicon Systems if possible incase these are different.

It says TL16C550C* is a Drop-in, pin-compatible replacement for Silicon Systems 73M550 here:

You should be able to find that TI datasheet to get some pointers.
