Hi there, I'm working on my senior project (a motion control system) and am just trying to scout the mobile robotics community for some basic info. If you've every worked on a mobile robotics project, could you please take a moment to answer some of the following?

1.If your robot has wheels, how are they mounted?
[ ] Axle mounted [ ] Independently [ ] A combination [ ] N/A

2.If your robot has wheels, what are their diameters, approximately?
[ ] Under 6 inches [ ] A foot or two [ ] 1m or larger [ ] N/A

3. Your host can most closely be described as:
[ ] A low-power ASIC that runs an RTOS
[ ] A Windows PC
[ ] A Linux PC
[ ] A Macintosh PC

4. Most of the software on your robot is written in which language? Check any that apply.
[ ] C / C++ [ ] Matlab [ ] Java [ ] Python

5. You would like to interface with a motion control package in what way:
[ ] Software requests, Low-level bit-stream out
[ ] Software request, Software objects returned
