European Standard for Schematic Symbols

Hi All,

In North America, the IEEE/ANSI Standard (315-1975: Graphic Symbols for Electrical and
Electronics Diagrams) is the industry norm for electronics schematic symbols.

Is DIN the equivalent in Europe, and if not, what is the accepted standard for Europe?
