Equivalents for BC132, BC182, BC212

I would like to build a NiCad zapper and an looking for equivalents for a BC132, 182, 212.

The circuit is located at ATV-Projects NiCd Zapper
if anyone would like to take a look at it and give suggestions.

If anyone knows of a better circuit than this or improvements on this one please sent suggestions.

Requested equivalents are:

BC132 > BC167, BC183, BC237, BC547
BC182 > BC174, BC190, BC546
BC212 > BC256, BC266, BC556
 
He asked for a replacement for the BC132, but the circuit he refers to uses the BD132.
 
Yes, I know but I've just posted what he asked for. Never mind, here it is:

BD132(A)> Si-P, NF, 45V, 3A, 15W(60°C), >60MHz

replacements: BD238, BD440, BD786, BD788 but also BD240(A..F), BD242, BD244, BD540A, BD936, 2SB719..720, 2SA1079, 2SA1133, BDT32AF, 2SA1488A, 2SB1095,.....
