Please advise whether STE53NA50 is exactly the same as STE53NC50 because in the spec, they look the same.
Do they have the same function?

The "C" version is faster, and the capacitances vary slightly from the "A" version as well. Look through all of the info on the spec sheets -- not just that given in the first table...
