Electrostatic filter

Used to be a guy here that had a site with several projects.
One of them was a electrostatic air filter including the power supply.
He even sold a few of the harder to source parts.
Does anyone recall the web address of that site.
I know it's not a lot to go on.
I would be pleased to find the site but I may have to use the Way Back Machine.
