Electronic Music Playing (Chanting) Device

Hi Guys,

I am a newbie on electronics and would like to get suggestions , how to prepare a circuit for playing 7 music files(2 sec duration each)
I have read from a site that there are COB's available in the market that have a fixed music in them.
But in my case i want to embed my own sound files.
Is this possible?
Is AP89042 suitable for this project?
Kindly suggest if such other micro controllers are available in the market.

Search Google, Amazon, or eBay for: Record playback module
You may need 7 of the small single channel modules.

Winbond (think that have another name now) had chips with multiple record/playback segments.

Winbond "Chipcorder" line was sold to Nuvoton. Look for the ISD4002/4003/4004. I've used an earlier version ISD1400.

The COB in this case has fixed music
Can i design a new COB that can be used for my purpose?
Else is there a substitute for this COB.
Kindly note the cost of this circuit including speakers is not more than Rs. 75.
Can i design something cheaper than this?
