Transducer- changes electrical motion into mechanical motion

in electronics there is capacitors,inductors,transformers,transistors,resistors
for using electrical motion

What would be a capacitors,inductors,transformers,transistors,resistors
for mechanical motion? this is my problem because i don't know what
a capacitors,inductors,transformers,transistors,resistors is for mechanical
motion?

How can i use this mechanical motion to get phase shifting like electrical motion with a capacitor or with a inductor?

Would'nt it be a spring, and a gear ratio? Not sure about inductors.

Trying to convert audio electronic signals into mechanical signals
so i can alter and change the flow of mechanical energy like electronic circuits
do but do it with mechanical circuits just like electronic circuits

example 1.) phase shifter electronic circuit
uses phase filters

what would this be for mechanical circuit?
what would i use to shift the mechanical energy or motion to give
a phase shift?

2.) Bandpass,Notch,Highpass,Lowpass filter electronic circuit
What would this be for a mechanical circuit?
what would i use to make a mechanical filter circuit?


Tools used: Levers,flywheels,springs,gears

What can mechanical motion or energy Flow through?

What can Alter the mechanical motion or energy?
