Dynamo powered radio.

how do i build a 9v dynamo powered radio if i have an electric radio which can also work on 6 1.5v D type radio . Do i need a motor?

How will be the way of operation? Hand-crank or cycle dynamo

it is a hand-crank and will be hand operrated

Hand-crank radios work pretty straight forward..they've a dc generator/motor and the shaft when rotated it generates electricity that you need to store temporarily into a small battery bank. Radio gets its power from this battery for some time. There maybe gearboxes attached to the motor shaft.

You need a rechargeable battery pack...can't avoid it

Pretty strange that a radio should be dynamo-powered. May I ask what type of radio is that?
