This dvd player and soround system, had the dvds stuck inside, I had to manually turn screw under the chassie to remove the dvds, when i turn it its still stuck on dvd mode and says that #5 dvd is active how do i go about trouble shooting player, when you turn it on and off you hear a relay clicking inside the radio, tv, n video function is not working all it does is power up.
