I need to convert a pwm signal which changes its width, a duty cycle of 50% represent a pulse width of 0.5 milisecond , and a 100% pulse width
which is 1 milisecond. The pulse width changes in continuous way between
0.5msecond - 1msecond. This change must to be convert to a continuous dc voltage between 0v-10v . zero voltage represent 0.5msecond duty cycle and a ten voltage represent 1 msecond. Ihave to built it only with
op-amplifiers, coils , resistors, capacitors.

a homework....

You can RC filter the PWM to get a linear voltage input. Then you are just converting one linear range to another linear range. Just use standard gain, offset, etc. for op-amps.
