i wnt to make a robotics project.i want to control my car from mobile in which two stepper motor and 8051 are used please send ne only the circuit diagram nd discription of dtmf decoder 8870.

Any decent uC, including AT89S52 will let you do both encoding and decoding of DTMF.

circuit for 8870 is present in the datasheet itself.
the output is digital bits so it can be directly connected to the uC.
