I've a DTH subscription from some company for my TV. Now I want to start another TV of mine from the same receiving antenna. I'll be buying a separate set-top box for that another TV. But Can I use that other TV on same subscription.

yeah. as my neighbor told me, parallel connection helped him to use same connection for him and his tenant. thus he saved money...

Exactly like parallel connection of audio & video wires from the working one to other one??

yupp.. working all fine. you could also try or if you dont want to take the risk, ask the operator to do it for you. he wont charge extra since you are using it just for another tv .
