Hi

I would like to know how to debug dsPIC30F4011

pin 25 - PGD/EMUD/U1TX/SDO1/SCL/RF3
pin 26 - PGC/EMUC/U1RX/SDI1/SDA/RF2

as you can see, pgd is sharing the same pin with sdo1 and scl
I'm aware there is EMUD1 and EMUC1 for ICD, how should i connect if i want to debug it without conflicting SPI communication?

Or is there any suggestion?

Use a bigger chip whilst you develop the code and then switch to the intended target.

Or, you can probably get a special chip with additional pins for debug.

Mike.
