I use a treadmill and this machine has a throttle (= Drossel) PFC (= I'm not sure) of Model Number: FLSK-008-450 And Batch No: 4500016819.
You can find all the photo of this device in the attachments.
You know, what is it? And where can not find? Because there is a high-volume sizzle.

It is an inductor, sometimes called a choke.
It is a coil of wire on an iron core.

And where can not find?

Do you mean "Where can I buy a new one?"
I do not know, maybe from the maker of the treadmill.

Because there is a high-volume sizzle.

Do you mean that it makes a loud noise? (Laut, rauschvoll in Deutch).

Because it makes a noise, it does not mean that it is faulty.
It could be that the iron laminations in the core are loose.
There could be a problem elsewhere in the motor speed controller.
Does this choke get hot when the treadmill is running?
Does the treadmill still work?
