Driving TFT displays

I stumbled across this on eBay: **broken link removed**
There is no mention of a datasheet for it, but it has an SPI interface, so I was wondering if displays like this can be driven in a generic way? If so, what's a good resource to learn about them? It also has a SD card slot. No idea about how to use one of those! Again, any good resources I can look at?

They usually have a TFT driver on board ( normally something like the ILI9340 ) Quite easy to program.... Numerous libraries out there so quite quick to get started..

In fact.... Here is the exact model being driven by an Arduino....

Hmmmmm interesting, and pretty too thanks. Now I just need to find an enormous amount of spare time...
