Does This Shutter Exist?

hi,
I am looking for a fast optical shutter (eg can open/close in less than 5 ms if possible). Also, it needs to be able to open/close millions of times without a failure. The opening needed is between 25 and 35mm (larger the better). A camera would be on the other side of the shutter. Ideas appreciated! Thanks, Alan
