DMM test leads that can also fit into 4mm terminals?

Hi,
Do you know where we can get DMM test leads like these...

..but with probe tips that can also be plugged into 4mm terminals (banana plugs) kind of like these...

..but obviously pointed so they can also be used as circuit probes
Nobody seems to sell them.

You want a "modular" test lead set - one that has interchangeable probe ends; eg.

What? The first one can already be plugged into 4mm sockets on both ends. But íf you want it without that safety shroud covering the banana plug then I doubt such exist, but you might be able to cut that off and maybe the probe would still fit well enough.
