hello guys,
is there any sensors which can detect the reflected back light after hitting an object if there is please help...

A silicon photo-sensor will detect the reflected light.

But how do you plan on measuring distance?

There are plenty of devices but you don't mention the distance? You also do not mention the uncertainty you want to measure to?

Mostly this is done with time. Shoot a laser at a target and mesher the time it takes to see the reflectoin.
