Is there really an IC available that accept 7-bits binary as input and well output a 14-bits for display to 7-segment.

On a 7-bit binary input, I will only use 0 to 99 decimal range.

For example, if input is 1100011, then the 7-segment will display 99.

I will be using this for my full binary addition.

Hello

I use BCD addition, and there is no need to use Binary To BCD converter to display the results, thanks to myself ;)
