Discrete Boost converter output voltage drop

I used 10K, But a joke here is; The TIP41C barely Gets warm, Which is a Funny thing for a Boost converter....
Am I wrong somewhere?
Or, Is it that my transistor is not doing anything powerful?

Wait, IN5819 has a 0.6V voltage drop at 1A of current, Does it mean that its the IN5819 Dropping the voltage?
