hi all i am using a 1n4148 diode as a tempreture sensor (yes i have ds18b20's yes i have LM35xx) i found this graph in the datasheet

but i couldnt find actual figures in the datasheet that tell me how many mV per degree C ? the graph is ok but is a bit low res. anyone know where i can find out about the temp change for the diode? i will be using 12 bit ADC
