Digital Works counter and led display

I need to make a counter with 7 segment led display for 13 base number system in Digital Works, can anyone give me a push?

You could use a 555 timer IC (**broken link removed**) as the clock circuit that feeds the 4029 counter. Assemble the 555 as an astable (free running) multivibrator.
