Digital tuning FM receiver

Has anyone got any plans for a Digital tuning FM receiver??With Lcd to display the frequency? :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:

I've seen plenty of plans for digital receivers but all have been for ham or shortwave listening. I am sure it can be done and has been done. Even the educational kits seem to be non-digital.

Atmel has a series of chips for digital control of AM & FM reception.

Their T4258 has an evaluation kit.

Yeah thats great but its just a chip i need to know how to include it in the whole circuit!

I suggest you read the pdf data for the T4258.
It includes an application circuit.
