Difficulty posting an "Article"

Hello,

First of all, thanks Mike2545 for sending the link for opening a new thread here, I couldn't find the button to do so, here's a screen-shot. (Screenshot-Site-Issues-Feedback.JPG)


I tried to post an article, but it says "Not Published". I clicked on "Help" and I don't have the features shown in the picture. Here's a screenshot too (Screenshot-Article.JPG)

I was wondering what to do to make it possible to post Articles, and to post on this section of the forum (Feedback-Issues). I couldn't post until Mike sent the link, because I don't see any button.
