Difference in waveforms

what is the difference between the two wave forms i = Im sin(wt) -> 1 , H = Hm sin(wt) \( \angle 0 \) ->2. The equation 1 i think can also be written as Im \( \angle 0 \) and it is phasor. I did not understand much about the eq2.
