I suggest you join the rat_ring in yahoo groups (free registration) there is lots of info there.You can also google for alarmsender although in my country the PCD 3311/12P is unavailable,so I gave up on that circuit.

umm.. i think i had a rare IC diler someware.I cant remember the part name but as on the datasheet it needed litle external componets and an key pad cod be coneted directly. (i think that IC is still soldersd on an PCB i riped out of an phone.Its not wery useful to me!)
