design?

hi...i intend to use reads51 as my editor,assebler,linker n debugger for my proj...n i had bought a programmer...is elnec t51 programmer...which to use for my atmel chip programmer.....jus wanna confirm whether with all these tool is it enough for me to do my own design?the chip i m usin is atmel 89s51 with ISP programming...n i wonder too about its 4k flash whether is enough to cater my design?anyone can help me?
