This problem is simple: To transform High Freq High Voltage power pulses into low freq low voltage semi sine wave or pulse power without too much loss of power.

Consideration 1: An air core transformer is reasonably efficient at high frequencies, say 20 to 200 MHz with proper design. Voltages of several hundred thousands of volts can be transformed in the pulse power form also.

Frequencies may be adjusted by resistors, capacitors, Inductors or a combination of these circuit elements to re-tune the input frequency to the transformer be it Air core, Ferrite Core, or Iron core.

How have you done this transformation? What is the best way (circuit) to adjust the frequency to a low of say 60 cps? What kind of connection circuit have you used to connect Air Core Transformers to Iron core transformers? How much power is lost?

Thank you for your assistance and consideration.
