Hi,

I have a need to control motor in forward and reverse direction, with the speed around 30-60 rpm and can be easily programmed for chemical process operation.
I mean the motor can working as forward for 15 s and then reverse for 10 s and then repeat for 5 times and then stop for example.
The power source can be use 200 V AC or 100 V DC.
What kind of circuit I can use, cheap and reliable in operation.

Thanks for your help.

This is a dosing pump right? A mains powered synchronous motor, controlled by relays. I think you can get a sync motor that is reversable, by switching a capacitor from one pin to the other.
