im doing my electronics engineering..i jus wanna no wht r the requisites for designing a wakie-talkie..can anyone plz tell me abt the citizens band for india and other things required?

You might get the information via this forum but I suspect that one place to go is the Ministry of Telecommunications. Due to the major differences between countries you will need the Indian regulations to determine what is /is not allowed.
This, to an extent, will determine what you can do.
As to the design, work out the required power output, frequency, bandwidth, power supply (6v, 7.2v, 9v etc) and available devices then design around them.
