i have a monitor with no display. with nothing plugged in the power light(blue) comes on i don't get any power save display on the monitor. when i plug in teh DVI cable from the pc the power light turns red.
The LED will likely be blue (screen on), the screen then meant to be displaying a message about no input etc.
Both power supply and inverter are known for trouble in these. If it's version 1.0 you have, also check the lamps.
