thanx for the replies guys, yes its NEC but they don't have the datasheet available now. i was hoping someone has the datasheet for that. i already know the pin configuration but what i really want is to see the internal circuitry of the device. the only important factor that i want to know is "what is the set up of the output stage, whether it is a common collector or common emitter." :wink:
