L ljcox Well-Known Member Mar 4, 2008 #1 It is made by SEC and I have searched via various search engines. They all recognise the part number but cannot supply a data sheet. I also searched for "SEC". Google found hundreds of pages - all that I looked at were irrelevant. Does anyone know what SEC stands for? It is in a computer power supply that I'm fault finding (it blew the fuse). Any help will be appreciated.

L ljcox Well-Known Member Mar 4, 2008 #4 Thanks for the quick responses. I2R, unfortunately, the link is now dead and the Op has not been active since 2005. But I'll send him a PM anyway and hope he responds. in1aag, That FET is a SMD version (mine is a TO-220 package), but hopefully the data will be similar or identical.
